These terms apply to all orders delivered within the UK. Placing an order confirms your agreement to these terms. Once we dispatch your products, our contract to supply begins. Your statutory rights are unaffected by any of these conditions.
Orders through this website are available only to individuals aged 18 or over. By ordering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
Our Commitment
At iGardening, we are dedicated to providing high-quality products for personal use by gardeners. All products are supplied for non-commercial use. In line with trade practices, any liability is limited to the amount paid for the product.
Availability
We aim to offer items we expect to have in stock. However, all products are subject to availability. If a variety is unavailable, we may provide a substitute of similar value or issue a credit. Refunds are available if substitutes are unsuitable, but the product must be returned promptly.
Delivery
For plants, bulbs, fruits, and potatoes, approximate delivery times are stated on product pages. Weather and light conditions can cause variations. If delays exceed two weeks, we will inform you with revised dates. Orders may also be dispatched earlier than expected.
Special Conditions for Plants
We ship plants at the optimal time for planting. To ensure success, prepare your planting areas before delivery. Open packages immediately upon receipt, as minor discolouration or wilting during transit is normal. Revive limp plants by standing them in water. Contact us promptly if plants do not recover within two days.
Plants in your order may arrive on different days as they are packaged separately. Address labels will list the enclosed items.
We guarantee plants in prime condition and rely on you to follow the provided care instructions. If issues arise despite our efforts, please contact us, and we will assist where possible. However, failure to follow care instructions or environmental factors such as extreme weather may limit our liability.
Delivery Charges
Delivery costs are calculated and added at checkout. Special conditions may apply to certain postcodes or items.
Consumer Rights
Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you may cancel your order within 14 days of receipt. Contact us within seven working days to cancel, and return items at your cost. This policy excludes perishable items like plants, bulbs, and tubers.
Payment and Vouchers
We accept major credit/debit cards and PayPal. Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Promotional codes are for individual use and cannot be redeemed for cash. We reserve the right to cancel vouchers or promotions if used improperly.
Pricing
Prices include VAT, where applicable. While we strive for accuracy, errors may occur. In such cases, we will notify you of the correct price and seek your confirmation to proceed.
Product Guarantees
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, notify us within seven days. We will replace, credit, or refund your order. Dormant plants that fail to thrive will be refunded or replaced the following season. Items must have been cared for according to the provided instructions.
